Online & Offline Orders
Due to the custom nature of our products returns are not possible; each product is custom made for you and therefore cannot be resold. If you would like to cancel your order, this will be non-refundable. If the product has not gone into production please contact us, we may be able to partially refund you, however, this is at our discretion. Our team will have spent time designing and materials will have been ordered but we will do our best to accommodate.
If there is an issue with your item please contact us as soon as you receive it. While we have a very strict quality control process if you notice an issue please email us with a photo of the problem and we’ll endeavour to sort it as swiftly as possible.
Cancelling an order
When placing a bespoke order you will have a 14 day ‘cooling-off period’. Within this time, you may cancel a bespoke order, however, after this point, we will have ordered the materials ready for when your product is in work and therefore cannot refund any cancel orders.
On the rare occasion a return is required for repair, please ensure it’s packaged in the same way we delivered it to you. If you don’t have sufficient packaging please email us or give us a call where we can provide you with this. Our aim is to always ensure our products are handled with as much care as possible, especially through the delivery process.
Products and services
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Reference to any product or service on the website does not constitute an offer to sell or supply that product or service and does not mean that the product or service is available or that the name and description of any product from our wholesale distributors will be the same as that included on the website. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.

At Geoffrey Parker we ship worldwide, however, the laws and customs of each country do vary in accordance to the law in each country or state. This can become challenging to navigate. Our products are occasionally considered illegal as they can be used for gambling purposes and therefore are banned from some countries. When ordering from Geoffrey Parker it its the purchasers responsibility to check the laws, rules and regulations of the country the product is being delivered to. If a shipment is rejected it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and any additional costs for redirected shipments or additional shipments will be at the cost of the purchaser. A refund will not be provided.
Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes are also the responsibility of the purchaser; the duties and import taxes due on our products vary from each country and therefore you may be required to pay additional import taxes. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know and understand the local import taxes and duties for the location they are having the goods shipped to. It is important to remember once a product has left our workshops and is in the hands of international customs we are powerless until the correct documents and payments have been supplied. We will always do our best to help you navigate these issues as best we can.
Gift Vouchers & Tournaments
Tournament and Donation vouchers
We love to work with charities and backgammon/poker and chess tournaments. We do this as it’s something we as a company take pride in. However, we can’t accept any vouchers won or purchased by donation in conjunction with any other voucher or deal/offer unless approved by us as a company. Please note your voucher number will not work on the website at this time. If you would like to make a purchase using this number please contact us directly.

Our team of craftsman/women are given very little data on each work ticket. Our staff will be given your name, order number and the specifications of the product you have ordered. When a customer has requested an NDA these are treated with the upmost respect, all of our staff have company NDA’s to ensure no personal data leaves the company whether an NDA is requested from a customer or not.
By default, our CMS does not share any personal data with anyone.
