That’s easy, just drop us an email or give us a call. We try to make the process as simple as possible, speaking to us directly helps us get an idea of what you’re looking for and the opportunity to answer any questions you may have. We do have an online backgammon board design tool although it is rather basic.

Of course, we work with many brands creating custom board games and luxury packaging for them. For larger volumes of items we create them in batches usually. For example for many stores we work for we work in batches of 50. As our items are all hand made they do take time to create.

Our products are all handmade here in England. If you are a citizen of the UK and shipping within the UK you will be charged UK VAT. If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK you will be required by the shipping company to pay the relevant import duties and taxes on delivery.

Please note it is also down to you as the customer to know and understand the import laws on goods you can and cannot import. Countries in the middle east do occasionally consider some of our games for example poker is considered gambling and therefore restrictions apply.

In our workshops in Essex, we’re located between Cambridge and Stansted airport and just an hour from London. Our workshops have been here since Geoffrey started the company in 1958, our team of craftsmen and women are local and many have been with us since being apprentices.
