Item descriptions:

We reserve the right to change specifications of items should materials or other aspects not be available any more.

Weights & sizes:

Please note information shown is approximate - every piece being hand made may vary from item to item.

Delivery:

For our made to order Bespoke items, most items take between 6 to 8 weeks to make, some of the larger pieces such as the Game Cubes and the Gaming Tables take longer. After August 1st., lead times can extend to 8 to 10 weeks but at the time of order, please ask for an estimated dispatch date. Also if you have a particular urgent requirement and there are no items in our "stock service" that suit your needs, please advise our sales team in case we may be able to shuffle things around for you.

Items within our Off the Bench are designed to be available within a few days, provided stocks are available.

Personalisation:

We are pleased to offer you initialing in TIMES ROMAN typeface, free of charge - please advise what initials you require when ordering - please note that not all items can take personalisation - our sales team will be able to advise what can or cannot be done. Normally this is undertaken in gold or silver or if on a Bridle Hide that can be made "blind" (i.e. without colour.

For more complex personalisation or corporate logos etc., we will require 300dpi art-work and a die making charge will apply.

Dispatch:

All our goods are safely packed for home or export delivery and we will dispatch at our cost your items via a range of courier, freight and postal companies. If accelerated delivery is required, then a supplement payment may be required.

Prices:

All prices and charges are in GB Pounds sterling and include delivery World-wide (they do not include import duties or local taxes) - please note that most of our games enter the U.S. for instance, under a duty free tariff.

Prices may change from time to time, depending on rises in material or labour costs - these will be up-dated on this web-site as soon as these apply - all orders already received will be honoured at the price confirmed at the time of the ordering.

Payment:

For Bespoke made to order items, a 50% deposit is taken at the time of the order with the balance due before dispatch of the goods.

Items from our Off the Bench collection are due 100% at time of order.

We accept International Money Orders, telegraphic transfers, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard or American Express, cheques or cash.

Cancellation:

Cancellations are not acceptable on made to order items from our Bespoke range or on personalised items from our Off the Bench collection.

Damage or faulty goods:

Geoffrey Parker Games Ltd guarantee to repair any manufacturing fault but all such complaints must be advised in writing, with photographs, to ascertain if the problem can be solved remotely or locally. No goods can be returned without prior approval in writing from Geoffrey Parker Games Limited. If said fault is approved, we will advise an appropriate method of repair or possible method of return if the repair warrants attention by our workshop. Other damage requiring attention, we will be pleased to quote on following receipt of photographic and detailed advice of what is required?
