Gentleman's Dressing Case
This has, over the years, like many of our clients wealth, enlarged into a magnificent piece large enough to house one’s precious jewels, watches, pens, sun-glasses, cuff-links etc and the daily paraphernalia of modern day life – be it a mobile telephone, PDA or passport / wallet, there is plenty of room to be filled!
Bound by hand in any of our Dauphin calf colours or perforated Automotive hide and lined throughout in sumptuous suede, there is an upper section which houses one’s every-day needs, while the drawer below is dedicated to cuff-links or other small storage requirements with 36 compartments. Below this is another drawer offering safe storage for a dozen time-pieces.
The contents can be safely locked away by way of a poshied nickel key lock. A drop down magnetic front flap doubles as a small dressing table while preparing for a "night at the Opera".
Our Special Commissions department will be pleased to discuss any personalisation that may be required or for cases to be made in other skins, such as Nubuck (please see our Exceptional Pieces section of theeb-site) or exotics like Alligator, Watersnake or Ostrich. In addition the piece can be trimmed in silver or have a mirror installed in the lid.
